Step 1
After applying, if we feel your application is a good fit for the position: we will offer a screening call to get to know you. The goal of this first contact is twofold: it allows us to ensure your experience and motivation align with the profile we are looking for… while also giving you a chance to check if the job offer and TrackAd’s way of working meet your expectations.
Step 2
In the next step, you will meet your future manager. At this stage of the recruitment process, be prepared to discuss your background, past experiences, successes, and failures. This interview is also a great opportunity for you to get to know who your manager will be and to ask more specific questions about the role and its expectations.
Step 3

We will ask you to complete a practical case and present it to us. The goal is to assess your technical skills in a concrete way. This also helps us understand the approach you take when facing problems you might need to solve if we hire you for the position.

 

Step 4
Finally, you will meet with a member of TrackAd’s management team. This final step is an opportunity for both sides to ask any remaining questions.
