The solutions

TrackAd developed advanced connectors for Google Data Studio to enable the creation of a fully customized dashboard, offering:

  • a global performance tracking of the internal affiliate program
  • performance tracking for each affiliate

A traffic quality control system for each affiliate was implemented. The following performance indicators received particular attention: share of new visitors, bounce rate, conversion rate, share of new customers.

Various types of fraud were also monitored to prevent any abuse, including: cookie stuffing, toolbars, duplicated orders, and prohibited traffic types.

The use of data in Google Data Studio enabled the implementation of specific formulas for calculating affiliate compensation and bonuses. TrackAd configured exports to Google Sheets for managing affiliate payments.

Order statuses were integrated into TrackAd via an automated flow from Decathlon’s CRM. This allowed for the automation of order cancellations, validations, and commission calculations.

A ranking of top-performing affiliates was made publicly available to motivate affiliates to drive more traffic and generate higher revenue.
