The challenges
JULES had three main objectives in using TrackAd Affiliate:
- Obtain anti-fraud analysis based on the data from its analytics solution (Google Analytics)
- Facilitate the management of monthly closures with the affiliate platform
- Identify different types of fraud within its affiliate program

TrackAd Affiliate proved its effectiveness from the first testing month. The results of the anti-fraud audit allowed us to uncover significant fraud within our affiliate program and take the necessary steps to eliminate it. The ease of use and transparency of the results encouraged us to implement the tool on Brice.fr, another brand of the Fashion3 group. We are very satisfied with our collaboration.
The solutions

To meet JULES’ objectives, TrackAd implemented the following solutions:
- API connection to JULES’ analytics solution tracker to retrieve all customer journeys
- API connection to JULES’ affiliate platform to obtain the list of affiliates, their IDs, types, and commissions from generated orders
- Analysis by affiliate of significant discrepancies between the data from the affiliate platform and the analytics solution to identify potential cookie-stuffing issues.
The results of the collaboration
29% of commissions
29% of commissions claimed by the affiliate program were saved, with the following distribution:
- 15% of orders showed signs of cookie stuffing behavior
- 10% of orders had duplication issues
- 3% of orders showed signs of toolbar fraud
- 1% of orders had unknown identifiers
